Yes, these really are wild times, and astrologically speaking, we are still dealing with the ramifications of January’s Saturn Pluto Conjunction in Capricorn. This conjunction will continue to play out for most of 2020, and all we can really do is roll with the uncertainty and find ways to embrace the inevitable changes that are occuring. 

The big news for April is the movement of both Saturn and Mars into Aquarius, giving us a slight reprieve from the strong Capricorn energy that has dominated the past few months. Saturn in Aquarius is the beginning of a new 3 year cycle, so if you happen to be around 27 years old, welcome to your first Saturn return! This placement of Saturn is rather revolutionary, socially minded, and technologically advanced, asking us to consider how we can use modern technology to create better systems for all of humanity. We are also contending with a conjunction between Jupiter and Pluto in Capricorn that will be felt for most of April. This transit signals physical transformations, lust for power, and the need to go deeper to the root of what is really important and crucial in our world. Heavy stuff!

The full moon in Libra on April 7th calls for a fair and balanced approach to our emotional needs, and thanks to a grand air trine with Venus in Gemini and Saturn in Aquarius, our thought processes will be reenergized and our passions reignited. With the new moon in Taurus on April 22nd, spring will be bursting forth, so use the gentle yin energy of this time to plant your intentions for your post pandemic world. Uranus will probably delay your plans and throw you a few curve balls as it gets closer to conjuncting this new moon, so remember to stay flexible and open to the wildness ahead.
